Week 5 Web 2.0 Applications, Library 2.0, thoughts and conclusions about the program.

My favourite discovery was that making a blog is not only easy, it is fun and if I had more time , I would endeavour to make a truly great blog. I also learned about wikis and Zoho writer which would be beneficial to anyone unfortunate enough not to own a computer. Oh and how could I forget Flickr and You Tube, RSS feeds and podcasting. I initially thought that was flyfishing for Whales! Now I know better and it is thanks to this program.

Week 4 RSS Feeds and Podcasting

This week we learned about RSS Feeds and Podcasting and they were very interesting.

I have been asked to comment on Flickr and YouTube and I must say that they are good and I would like to elaborate much further.

Week 2 Wikis

I learned a little bit about Wikis and how to add to them and edit them and I must say that iny my estimation Wikis are good.

Week 1 Learning to blog

Well time has come for me to blog but nothing even remotely profound is coming to mind. Inspiration having deserted me, making this blank computer screen seem like a vast field of powder snow concealing a crevasse. A fragile surface set to crumble beneath the weight of even the most carefully placed word. But is it worse to lose a precious word to the depths of an abyss, or to have it lie about on the surface in full view of the entire world?! The very thought is enough to give you blogger's block!

But if I were to commence my blog today, I certainly wouldn't begin a paragraph with a conjunction.
